The race is a 5k out and back starting/finishing at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre. The route will take you across the Lahave River and follow the centennial trail along the river.

Lace up (and bundle up) to enjoy a picturesque 5 k route meandering along the LaHave River on the Centennial Trail - yes, in February!
We’ll start and end at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre where there’s ample parking, amenities, and services.

PS. This is a great trial run for those considering entering the 5 k / 10 k event during the Nova Scotia 55+ Games being hosted in Bridgewater Sept 21-25, 2025!
